WebMD: 12 Ways to Wreck Your Skin

Web MD shared an article today on 12 ways to wreck your skin, which include too much sun exposure, tanning beds, failure to use sunscreen, smoking, using overly harsh facial cleansers such as bar soap, scrubbing too hard, getting stressed, popping zits, overindulgence in plastic surgery or dermatologist treatments, overeating, not getting sufficient sleep, and ignoring warning signs like changing moles.
